Grapes are carefully chosen and harvested when fully mature. Great care is taken in transporting them to the vathouse where wines of exceptional lineage are vinifed in a cellar that combines tradition and modernity

After blending, the wines from the best plots are matured in stainless-steel vats or in barrels.
