The various wines
 

At Château Saint-Cyrgues the following variety of grapes are grown: syrah, Grenache, carignan, merlot, roussane and Grenache blanc.

The average yield is of 45 hl/per hectar.
Amérique Vintage Red
AOC Costières de Nîmes.
Syrah variety with a touch of Grenache. Matured in new casks for a period of twelve months.
At tasting :
Deep red wine with a purple tint, violet, liquorice and vanilla scent, full bodied, supple tannin, long and elegant finish.
Suggested dish :
A perfect accompaniment to red meat, game, end strong cheeses.

AOC Costières de Nîmes.
Roussane variety with a touch of white grenache. Matured in new casks.
At tasting :
This vintage instantly reveals its floral exotic spicy aspect coated in a fine mellow slightly smoked vanilla scent.
Suggested dish :
Château Saint-Cyrgues Red
AOC Costières de Nîmes.
Syrah variety with a little Grenache.
At tasting :
A beautiful deep red colour, spicy nose, liquorice, agreeable scent of blackcurrant and red berries, distinguished by strong elegant tanins with an animal aspect.
Suggested dish :
A perfect accompaniement tobbqs, meats and mellow cheeses.
   
Château Saint-Cyrgues White
AOC Costières de Nîmes.
Roussane and grenache blanc variety.
At tasting :
a fruity wine with a flavour of cinnamon, acacia honey and a touch of citrus fruits. A pale gold colour.
Suggested dish :
It is ideal for aperitif and with grilled fish.
Château Saint-Cyrgues Rosé
AOC Costières de Nîmes.
syrah and grenache variety.
At tasting
A sustained pink slightly raspberry colour. A flavour of juicy fat fruits added to the sparkle renders it fruit and refresing.
Suggested dish :
Very suitable for aperitif, bbqs, white meat, fish and even Oriental cooking.

Red Saint-Cirice

Vin de Pays du Gard.

Syrah Grenache merlot variety

At tasting :

Saint Cirice is a very fruity, ruby red wine
Fruity nose cherry and raspberry aroma
Light pleasant wine. As with a rose it can
Be drunk chilled.

Ideal accompaniement to grilled foods,
Cheeses, summer buffet.
